Reward Eligibility Checklist

Did you receive a reward offer on our website, app, in an email, by direct mail, or from one of our partners? Congrats! Make sure you follow these steps:

While You’re Making Your Booking

  • Meet the required minimum spend
  • Book within the specified accommodation type (if applicable)
  • Meet the book date deadline (if applicable)

After Booking

  • Check in to the property
  • Check out of the property

Anytime (but the sooner the better)

We pay rewards back after your stay. We’ll completely finalize your eligibility after your check-out date.

How do I claim my first reward?

You can do this anytime, even after you’ve checked out of your accommodations:

  • Log in to your account with the same email address you used/will use to make your booking. Don’t have an account? Create one here using the same email address that you used/will use to make your booking.
  • Navigate to the Credit Card section under Settings (or under Edit Profile in our app).
  • Check the box next to your preferred reward payment method. You only need to check this box once, we’ll save your preference for future rewards.

We’ll add your reward back to your card 30-60 days after your check-out date.

How do I claim all rewards after my first one?

You don’t need to sign in to your account to claim your reward – just make sure that you book using the email associated with your account. You’ll automatically get your reward after we verify your stay with the property. This should happen approximately 30-60 days after you check out.

How do I activate a reward offer that I’ve received by email, direct mail, or from a partner?


  • Click on the unique link in the body of the email, or copy and paste the link into the address bar at the top of your web browser.

  • Type your unique URL into your address bar at the top of your web browser.

In either case, when you land on, you’ll see your reward offer.

How do I check the status of my reward?

We’re still working on it! In the meantime, we’ll send you an email when we’ve started processing your reward – right after your check-out date. Another will follow after your reward is confirmed – approximately 30 days after your trip.

Remember, it might take your bank extra time to process your reward after these 30-60 days.

What if I don’t have a credit card to receive my reward?

It’s also possible to use a Visa debit card or MasterCard debit card instead. Right now you won’t be able to receive a reward without one of these cards.

How do I unsubscribe from receiving reward offers by direct mail?

If you unsubscribe from our email newsletters you’ll also be unsubscribed from our direct mail.

Can I apply a reward to a booking I’ve already made?

No, you’re only eligible for a reward if you applied an offer while making your booking. A reward offer can’t be applied retroactively after you’ve confirmed your booking.

My reward offer has disappeared before I could make my booking – what do I do?

Some reward offers are sent by email or received offline, but others only appear while you browse our website. These are usually limited-time offers. If you navigate away from the page without interacting with an offer, you might not be able to get it back.
