GlobalTravel.com, Inc. (“GLOBALTRAVEL.COM”) offers its members a “Lowest Price Guarantee.” If prior to departure and within 3 days after booking and placing a deposit on a cruise or tour and land vacation from GLOBALTRAVEL.COM, a member finds a lower, verifiable advertised rate that you qualify for, for the identical cruise or tour and land vacation, GLOBALTRAVEL.COM will either match the lower price or refund the difference between what the member paid GLOBALTRAVEL.COM and the advertised price.

In order to be eligible for consideration for GLOBALTRAVEL.COM’s “Lowest Price Guarantee,” the member must meet GLOBALTRAVEL.COM’s eligibility requirements and applicable terms and conditions.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

In order to be eligible for consideration for GLOBALTRAVEL.COM’s “Lowest Price Guarantee,” the member must fax to the GLOBALTRAVEL.COM Customer Service Department to 407-875-0711, Subject: “LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE”, prior to departure and within 3 days after booking and placing a deposit with GLOBALTRAVEL.COM, the following: (1) a true and accurate original of the advertisement or invoice specifying the rate available for booking for the identical cruise or tour and land product; (2) booking confirmation number; (3) member’s name; (4) member’s email address; (5) member’s telephone number (including area code); and (6) a description of cruise or tour and land vacation. In addition, in order to qualify for the “Lowest Price Guarantee”, the member must meet the applicable Terms and Conditions set forth below.

If the lower advertised rate cannot be verified, GLOBALTRAVEL.COM will request additional information and documentation from the member for the purposes of verifying the lower rate. GLOBALTRAVEL.COM reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be verified or for which incomplete information is provided by the member.

CRUISE TERMS & CONDITIONS

In order to qualify for the “Lowest Price Guarantee” for a cruise, the member must meet the following terms and conditions:

1. The lower, verifiable advertised rate must be available for booking and be for the identical cruise vacation, including, but not limited to, the same ship, sailing date, cabin category, etc.
2. The member must meet the requirements for any rules that apply to the rate as set forth by the Cruise Lines International Association (“CLIA”) cruise line offering the rate.
3. The “Lowest Price Guarantee” does not provide for the combination of coupons, promotions, rate reductions and price matches of competing CLIA cruise lines or with GLOBALTRAVEL.COM’s lowest rate.
4. The “Lowest Price Guarantee” only applies to the cruise rate and does not apply to air or land components, shipboard credits, group amenities, specific financing agreements, or other non-cruise product offerings.
5. The “Lowest Price Guarantee” is not valid for bookings that are paid in full.
6. If GLOBALTRAVEL.COM honors the “Lowest Price Guarantee,” no further price matches will be eligible.
7. GLOBALTRAVEL.COM retains the right to reject any advertised offer that in the opinion of GLOBALTRAVEL.COM may violate the policies of the cruise line in question.
8. The “Lowest Price Guarantee” does not apply to lower advertised rates presented to GLOBALTRAVEL.COM more than 3 days after the date of deposit for a cruise vacation.
9. The “Lowest Price Guarantee” only applies to rates available to the general public and does not apply to travel purchased through or in combination with coupon promotions, travel won through contests, membership or corporate rates, or special discounted rates, including, but not limited to, residency for regional specials, age related discounts, past guest promotions, affinity group discounts, corporate discounts, AAA, AARP, military rates, government rates, or convention rates.
10. The “Lowest Price Guarantee” may be changed or revised at any time without prior notice and is only valid for United States of America (“USA”) residents. Other restrictions may apply.
11. GLOBALTRAVEL.COM is not liable for the payment of any refunds under the “Lowest Price Guarantee” with respect to rates offered in error by GLOBALTRAVEL.COM nor any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials relating to GLOBALTRAVEL.COM’s rates.
12. Any cancellation of the “Lowest Price Guarantee” by GLOBALTRAVEL.COM is effective upon the removal of references to the “Lowest Price Guarantee” and the Cruise Terms and Conditions from the globaltravel.com web site.
13. These Cruise Terms and Conditions include and incorporate by reference GLOBALTRAVEL.COM’s standard Membership Terms and Conditions and constitute the entire agreement between members and GLOBALTRAVEL.COM regarding the “Lowest Price Guarantee.” Void where prohibited by law.

TOUR AND LAND PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

In order to qualify for the “Lowest Price Guarantee” for a tour and land package, the member must meet the following terms and conditions:

1. The lower, verifiable advertised rate must be available for booking and be for the identical tour and land package, including, but not limited to, the same date and time.
2. The member must meet the requirements for any rules that apply to the rate as set forth by the tour operator.
3. The “Lowest Price Guarantee” only applies to the tour and land package rate. The “Lowest Price Guarantee” does not apply to air or non-tour product offerings or to specific financing agreements. Promotional packages, deals or bundles that may include additional amenities not specifically included in the tour and land package are not eligible.
4. All charter, consolidator rates, group rates and travel departing within 30 days are excluded.
5. The “Lowest Price Guarantee” is not valid for bookings that are paid in full.
6. The “Lowest Price Guarantee” does not provide for the combination of coupons, promotions, rate reductions and price matches of competing tour operators or with GLOBALTRAVEL.COM’s lowest rate.
7. If the “Lowest Price Guarantee” is honored, no further price matches will be eligible.
8. GLOBALTRAVEL.COM retains the right to reject any advertised offer that in the opinion of GLOBALTRAVEL.COM may violate the policies of the tour operator in question.
9. The “Lowest Price Guarantee” does not apply to lower advertised rates presented to GLOBALTRAVEL.COM more than 14 days after the date of deposit for a tour or land vacation.
10. The “Lowest Price Guarantee” only applies to rates available to the general public and does not apply to travel purchased through or in combination with coupon promotions, travel won through contests, membership or corporate rates, or special discounted rates, including, but not limited to, residency for regional specials, age related discounts, past guest promotions, affinity group discounts, corporate discounts, AAA, AARP, military rates, government rates, or convention rates.
11. Any cancellation of the “Lowest Price Guarantee” by GLOBALTRAVEL.COM is effective upon the removal of references to the “Lowest Price Guarantee” and the Tour and Land Package Terms and Conditions from the globaltravel.com web site.
